For me, it came when I got abnormal results from a breast scan and told there was a lump.
In that instant, life felt short... painfully short.
And I realized how much time I had spent holding myself back
worrying what others might think, letting fear whisper that I wasn’t ready, and putting off the dreams and visions that had been burning inside me for years.
That moment lit something in me.
It made me angry. Not just for myself, but for all the women who are dimming their light, waiting for the “right time,” playing small because of fear or judgment.
Because the truth is: life is too short not to live it fully.
To love deeply. To dream boldly. To speak your truth.
To move your body, to shine your light, to live out loud.
That’s why I created REVIVE.
A 3-month journey to help you come back to life.
